EXPERIENCE
Aaron Anderson is the Director of Sales at Alta Trust Company, where he provides leadership across Alta’s business development and sales strategy. With a focus on Alta’s Advisor Platform, Aaron leads a partnership-driven growth approach that connects asset managers and advisors through consultative sales, strategic positioning, and long-term relationship development.
In his role, Aaron works closely with internal teams and external partners to identify new opportunities, build scalable pipelines, and support the full sales lifecycle. Known for his ability to translate complex offerings into clear value for decision makers, Aaron helps elevate Alta’s market presence while ensuring a high-touch, client-centric sales experience.
Prior to joining Alta Trust, Aaron built his career in private equity, supporting growth across portfolio companies by strengthening go-to-market strategy, leading business development efforts, and improving sales execution. He has experience aligning operational performance with value-creation priorities and exit strategies, helping drive results that contributed to the largest exits in the history of those markets.
Outside of work, Aaron is a husband and father of four. He enjoys lifting weights, skiing, practicing volleyball, playing guitar, traveling, hiking, biking, cheering for the Seattle Seahawks, and serving as a volunteer men’s group leader at church.
