Cinthia Maston is a Relationship Manager at Alta Trust Company with more than 13 years of experience in financial services and wealth management, complemented by over 18 years of leadership in the Colorado Air National Guard. She partners with financial advisors and strategic partners to help them maximize the value of the Alta Advisor Platform by connecting them with advanced estate planning, retirement, trust, and custody solutions that support their clients’ long-term goals.
Drawing on her experience across wealth management and military leadership, Cinthia brings a disciplined, collaborative approach to helping advisors navigate increasingly complex planning opportunities. She works closely with advisors to identify solutions that strengthen client relationships while delivering a responsive, high-touch experience throughout the process.
Before joining Alta Trust, Cinthia held leadership roles in both the financial services industry and the Air National Guard, where she led personnel, coordinated complex operations, and supported joint agency missions in domestic and international environments. Those experiences strengthened her ability to solve complex challenges, build trusted partnerships, and deliver results in dynamic, high-pressure situations.
Passionate about helping others succeed, Cinthia believes the strongest partnerships are built on trust, responsiveness, and a shared commitment to delivering practical solutions that create lasting value for advisors and the families they serve.
Outside of Alta, Cinthia serves as a Commissioned Officer in the Colorado Air National Guard.
