Chief Compliance Officer

Brenda is the Chief Compliance Officer and BSA Officer at Alta Trust. She oversees regulations, policies, and risk management. Brenda focuses on the Securities Act of 1933, Investment Company Act of 1940 SEC regulations, ERISA, the Patriot Act, and the South Dakota Division of Banking rules and regulations. She graduated from Stenotype Institute and has been with Alta Trust since 2016. Brenda lives in South Dakota and has led grassroots efforts to pass SD legislation.
