What if I booked a hotel through my registration but have not received a confirmation?
If you did not receive an email confirmation from Le Meridien Hotel, please contact us at Events@trustalta.com and we will share your confirmation.
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Please contact us if you need to cancel a hotel room, as all rooms were booked through our event group. You can cancel your hotel room up to 48 hours before the day of your check-in with a full-refund. After that, a 1st day stay will be charged.
Can I check-in to the hotel before the conference starts Tuesday morning?
Check-in for the hotel does not begin until 4:00 p.m., but you are welcome to leave your bags at the front desk in the morning while in the conference.
Where do I park for the conference?
Theres is valet or self-parking at Le Meridien Hotel as well as at nearby parking lots and garages.

What meals will be provided at the Conference?
All attendees will receive lunch, snacks and drinks on both Tuesday & Wednesday, as well as Breakfast on Wednesday. Dinner will be provided for those who RSVP to the Rockies game Tuesday and to the networking Dinner on Wednesday.
What safety precautions are you taking related to Covid-19?
We are following the lead of the City of Denver, Denver Public Health, and the Le Meridien Hotel for all Covid-related safety precautions. They currently have enhanced cleaning protocols, social distancing measures, mask requirements. With vaccinations increasing nationwide we know much can change between now and September. We will continue to update attendees as the conference comes closer.

Who can I bring as my guest?
A spouse, sister, brother, friend… anyone 21+ who’d like to come enjoy the Mile High City while you attend the conference. Guests will not have access to any of the conference sessions. Anyone interested in attending the sessions needs to purchase a full conference package. Guests need to share a hotel room with the conference attendee or reserve their own.
Can I add a guest to my registration at a later time?
If you would like to add a guest to your registration after you have registered, please contact us at events@trustalta.com.
What travel/transportation will be provided?
Conference attendees are responsible for travel to and from the Conference. Parking is not included in the conference package.
What is your refund policy?
If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, you may request to cancel. Attendees who cancel prior to July 31, 2021, will receive a full refund less a deposit of $195. Attendees who request to cancel August 1-August 31, 2021 will receive a refund less a deposit of $295. Guest Package can be canceled for a full refund through September 10, 2021.

What is the Dress Attire for the Conference?
Business casual attire is appropriate for the Conference sessions and then the Networking dinner on Wednesday. There is no dress code for the Rockies game.
