How Top Firms Scale: Make Key Decisions Without Fracturing Trust

Join us for the first session of this transformational webinar series for advisors and RIA leaders navigating growth, led by Aaron Klein, founder of Contio and founding CEO of Riskalyze (now Nitrogen).

As firms expand, decision-making becomes more complex and sensitive. Leadership teams may avoid genuine disagreement to maintain relationships or engage in prolonged debates without reaching true commitment. This often leads to slow execution, passive resistance, and decisions that fail to take hold.

In this session, Aaron Klein introduces a disciplined approach to decision-making that allows leadership teams to disagree productively, decide clearly, and commit fully, without damaging trust or reopening the issue later. You will gain a practical framework for making high-stakes decisions that advance your firm.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Surface real disagreement without creating politics or personal fallout
  • Separate facts, assumptions, and preferences during decision moments
  • Make commitment explicit so ownership and follow-through are clear
  • Prevent decisions from being quietly re-litigated after the meeting
